研究目的在於探討國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式與訓練滿意度之現況及相關情形。本研究樣本係以苗栗縣立國、高中田徑選手為母群體,採隨機抽樣方式設計,總計發放問卷500份,回收有效問卷440份,回收有效率為88%。資料處理採用描述統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、與皮爾遜積差相關分析。研究結論為:一、苗栗縣國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式與選手訓練滿意度整體得分在中上程度。各構面中教練領導方式又以仁慈領導最為認同。選手訓練滿意度構面中又以教練領導最為滿意。二、國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式與訓練滿意度,不會因背景變項之性別、年級、訓練時間而有顯著的差異。國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式與訓練滿意度,整體而言,不會因背景變項之性別、年級、訓練時間均未達顯著差異。三、教練領導方式與選手訓練滿意度之相關情形,在德行領導、威權領導、仁慈領導三構面均達顯著正相關。
This purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of satisfaction with leadership style and training of coaches for track and field players in junior and senior high schools and their correlation. This study selected track and field players in junior and senior high schools in Miaoli County as the population, and used random sampling as the research design. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, 440 questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 88%. For data processing, this study used descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation to perform analyses. The findings are as follows: (1) the overall score of satisfaction with leadership style and playing training of coaches for track and field players in junior and senior high schools in Miaoli County is above medium. Among all of the dimensions of coaches' leadership styles, the level of agreement with benevolent leadership is the highest. Among the dimensions of satisfaction with playing training, the satisfaction with coaches' leadership is the highest; (2) gender, grade, and training time of background variables does not have a significant effect on the satisfaction with leadership style and training of coaches for track and field players in junior and senior high schools; (3) for the correlation between satisfaction with coaches' leadership style and playing training, three dimensions-moral leadership, authoritarian leadership, and benevolent leadership are significantly correlated with satisfaction.
