A Study on the Selection of Field Trips for the Public Kindergartens in Miaoli County

公立幼兒園校外教學場地選擇之研究:以苗栗縣為例

In recent years, kindergartens have promoted "Temporary Curriculum Guidelines of Preschool Activities" to cultivate children's ability to walk through the integration and implementation of courses of various fields. Therefore, out-of-school teaching has become one of the teaching methods used by every school. This study investigated the factors affecting site selection of out-of-school teaching activities from the perspectives of public kindergarten administration, teachers, educare givers, and education scholars. Firstly, based on literature review, this study summarized the factors affecting site selection of out-of-school teaching activities. Secondly, this study used the screening method of modified Delphi questionnaire on experts to modify the original factors. Lastly, this study used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to develop the weight system of criteria affecting site selection of out-of-school teaching activities of public kindergartens in Miaoli County. The weights of the overall decision-making show that, in the main dimension, the level of importance of "site characteristics" (38%) is the highest, followed by "courses and teaching materials" (29%), "teachers" (22%), and "special activities" (11%). Among 16 criteria of factors, the top 5 were "environmental safety of destination" (13%), "association with theme" (11%), "transport accessibility" (10%), "high actual participation of children" (10%), and "suitability for children" (9%). The research results can be provided as reference for teachers, kindergartens, and competent educational and administrative authorities to deal with site selection of out-of-school teaching activities.

近年來,幼兒園推動「幼兒教保活動課程暫行大綱」,強調透過統整各領域課程來規劃和實踐,培養幼兒帶著走的能力,校外教學成為每個學校都會使用的教學方式之一。本研究以公立幼兒園行政、教師、教保員,教育學者的觀點來探究校外教學場地選擇的因素,先以文獻探討整合出校外教學場地選擇之因素,經由專家問卷做修正式德菲法之篩選法修正原先之因素,最後運用層級分析法建立苗栗縣公立幼兒園校外教學場地選擇指標的權重體系。從整體決策權重獲知,主要構面以『場地特性』(38%)因素為最重要的考量是,其次依序是『課程與教材』(29%)、『教師因素』(22%)、最後為『特殊活動』(11%)。在16項影響因素準則中,前5名為『目的地環境安全』(13%)、『與主題相關』(11%)、『交通易達性』(10%)、『幼兒實際參與性高』(10%)『是否適合幼兒年齡』(9%),可提供教師、幼兒園、和主管教育行政機關,在辦理校外教學場地選擇時之參考。
