「免費或付費」對活動涉入之影響

Study on "Free or Paid" and Activity Involvement

摘要


過去文獻中,得知人格特質、身體自我概念、婚姻狀況、教育程度等個人層面因素會影響休閒參與者的活動涉入。在外在環境的影響因素中,提供免費讓其參與活動,是目前最普遍的促銷手段,但這卻不易長期維持,因為對於商家而言,要在兼顧成本與參與者活動涉入這兩個部分,並不容易。因此本研究希望將「免費或收費」概念運用在成人休閒活動之活動涉入上,以了解「免費或付費」對不同的活動涉入會有何影響效果。本研究透過問卷調查蒐集資料,共發放1058份問卷,回收776份,採用單因子變異數以及線性迴歸分析,研究結果發現「免費或付費」概念對於「行為性涉入」與「認知性涉入」兩者有顯著差異且具預測效果。最後提出結論,以作為籌劃活動時參考,進而達成他們的成本效益,並對後續研究做出建議。

In the past literature, personality traits, physical self-concept, marital status, level of education, such as the individual level factors that can affect the activities of leisure participants. In external environmental factors, allowed to participate activities, free is the most popular promotional tool, but it is not easy to maintain long-term. For the manufacturer, it is necessary to take into account the cost and participant activities involved in these two parts is not easy. This study hopes to use ”charge or not” concept in adult leisure activity involvement, in order to understand what effect on ”Free or Paid” and Activity Involvement. The data of this study is collected by questionnaire, 1058 questionnaires are sent out to collect data, and 776 of them are used in data processing. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Linear Regression. The results are found that significant differences between ”Free or Paid” and behavioral involvement, ”Charge or not” and cognitive involvement. ”Free or Paid” possess high predicting power. Finally, making the conclusion as a reference when planning activities to achieve their cost-effectiveness, and make suggestion for future researches.
