體育教師休閒活動參與行為、工作生活品質與工作壓力之研究-以雲、嘉地區體育教師為例

Leisure Behavior Participation, Working and Life Quality and Working Pressure for Physical Education Teachers in Chiayi County and Yunlin County

摘要


本研究之目的在瞭解雲嘉地區高中職、國中和國小體育教師的休閒活動參與行為、工作生活品質與工作壓力之現況;不同背景變項在休閒活動參與行為、工作生活品質與工作壓力之差異;休閒活動參與行為、工作生活品質與工作壓力之間預測關係分析。共發放問卷400份數份問卷,有效回收問卷313份問卷,回收率為78.3%。分析結果:(一)體育教師最近一個月內以從事娛樂性休閒活動的時間最高;整體的工作生活品質平均數為3.91接近「同意」程度;整體工作壓力之平均值為3.21屬於「普通」程度。(二)性別、年齡、學校、職務等變項在休閒活動參與行為部分構面達顯著差異。(三)性別、婚姻、年齡等變項在工作生活品質部分構面達顯著差異。(四)性別、年齡、學校等變項在工作壓力部分構面達顯著差異。(五)在工作生活品質上,發現自我實現最能有效解釋知識性休閒活動;人際溝通最能有效解釋技藝性的休閒活動與休憩性的休閒活動。發現工作壓力上,家庭因素最能有效解釋體育性的休閒活動;工作負荷最能有效解釋娛樂性休閒活動。發現工作壓力上,人際關係最能有效解釋生活品質的自我實現、學習環境與氣氛、人際溝通和整體性;組織特性最能有效解釋生活品質的學習機會與健康安全。以上結果將可提供未來相關研究參考。

The purpose of this research is to understand the current stuation of Yunlin and Chiayi County school physical education teachers (elementary school, junior high school, and high school) on leisure behavior participation, working and life quality and working pressure, and to understand the difference as well as the relationship analysis among leisure participation, working and life quality and working pressure under different background variables. The subjects of this research are elementary school, middle school, and high school teachers in Yunlin and Chiayi County. There are total 400 questionnaires. The retrieved effective questionnaires are 313 copies. The effective retrieving rate is 78.3%. After statistic analyzing, the results are: (1) Elementary school teachers spend most of time on entertainment leisure activities in recent one month. The average score of working living quality is 3.91, which is close to "agreeable". The average of overall working pressure is 3.21, which is close to "average". (2) Variables, such as gender, age, school, and positions, show significant difference on the part of leisure participation. (3) Variables, such as gender, marriage, and age, show significant difference on the part of working and life quality. (4) There is significant difference on the variables such as gender, age, and school for working pressure. (5) In working and life quality, it is found that self-actualization can most effectively explain knowledge-related leisure activities participation, and interpersonal communication can best explain skill-related leisure participation and the ones meant for rest. It is also found that regarding working pressure, family factors can explain most effectively sports-related leisure participation. Work load can best explain entertainment leisure activity participation. Regarding working pressure, interpersonal relationships can best explain self-actualization, learning environment and atmosphere, interpersonal communication, and wholeness of the life quality. organization characteristics most effectively explains the learning opportunity and health safety of the life quality. The above research results can be used for future research references.
