中等學校木球運動代表隊選手參與動機、社會支持、知覺教練領導行為與選手滿意度之研究

The Participative Motivation, Social Support, Perceived Coach Leadership Behavior, and Player Satisfaction of Woodball Team Members in High School

摘要


本研究之目的為了解中等學校木球運動代表隊之現況,及不同變項選手參與動機、社會支持、知覺教練領導行為和選手滿意度等四個變項之相關性與預測關係。研究以參與2013年全國中等學校運動木球會外賽之選手420人為研究對象,本研究所蒐集的資料以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關和多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果顯示中等學校木球運動代表隊選手參與動機、社會支持、知覺教練領導行為和選手滿意度四個變項之間,有中度的相關性存在,並且可以有效相互預測。主要研究結果包含(1)社會支持、知覺教練領導行為、選手滿意度對參與動機具有顯著正向影響;(2)參與動機和選手滿意度對社會支持和知覺教練領導行為具有顯著正向影響;(3)參與動機、社會支持、知覺教練領導行為對選手滿意度具有顯著正向影響。

The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of woodball teams in high school as well as to explore the differences of participative motivation, social support, perceived coach leadership behavior, and player satisfaction among woodball team members with various backgrounds. The correlations and predictability of the above four variables were also discussed. Research data were obtained from 420 woodball players participating in the qualifying round of 2013 National High School Athletic Games (Woodball section) and were analyzed with descriptive analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were (1) social support, perceived coach leadership behavior, and player satisfaction had positive influence on participative motivation; (2) participative motivation and player satisfaction had positive influence on social support and perceived coach leadership behavior; (3) participative motivation, social support, and perceived coach leadership behavior had positive influence on player satisfaction.
