目的:本研究旨在探討足球選手知覺教練領導行為、組織氣候、組織承諾與團隊凝聚力之關係,並驗證文化差異對此因果模式之調節效果。方法:以101學年度全國大專足球聯賽參賽隊伍作為研究對象,施測教練領導行為量表、組織氣候量表、組織承諾量表及團隊凝聚力量表,共獲得有效樣本266份,所得資料以結構方程模式及多群組分析法進行分析。結果:研究結果發現足球選手所知覺的教練領導行為對組織氣候、團隊凝聚力具有直接顯著的影響;組織氣候則是教練領導行為與組織承諾的中介變數。組織氣候對組織承諾有直接顯著影響;組織氣候對團隊凝聚力則有直接、及透過組織承諾造成的間接影響;文化差異為本研究模式的調節變數。結論:本研究結果驗證了教練領導行為、組織氣候、組織承諾及團隊凝聚力的因果模式關係。最後建議應持續關注外籍生對大專足球校隊的影響。
Purpose: This paper examined the moderator role of cultural variation and investigated the relationships between leadership behaviors, organizational climate, organizational commitment and team cohesion. Methods: The questionnaire used in this study was modified from Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS), Organizational Climate Scale (OCS), Organization Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), and Sport Cohesiveness Questionnaire (SCQ). A total of 266 respondents completed a survey conducted from the participants of 2012 University Football Association. The data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling technique and Multiple-Group Analysis. Results: The results revealed the direct effects of leadership behaviors on organizational climate and team cohesion. An indirect effect of leadership behaviors on organizational commitment mediated by organizational climate was significant. On the other hand, there is a direct effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. It is the direct and indirect effect of organizational climate on team cohesion. The moderator role of cultural variation was identified. Conclusion: Overall, the relationship of leadership behavior, organizational climate, organizational commitment and team cohesion was identified. In addition, we have to pay attention to the influence of foreign students in the soccer team.
