足球運動參與者涉入程度、流暢體驗與幸福感之研究

Empirical Study on Level of Involvement, Flow Experience and Happiness of Football Game Participants

摘要


本研究目的瞭解足球運動參與者現況,並運用結構方程模式,探討足球運動參與者之涉入程度、流暢體驗與幸福感之關係。研究採用問卷調查法,針對屏東大學、三民家商、高雄醫學大學、高雄師大、中正高工等五個場地之足球運動參與者為研究對象,於2016 年 8 月6 日至8 月28 日,發放共計300 份問卷,刪除無效問卷得到有效問卷289 份,有效問卷率為96.33 %。問卷回收資料採用SPSS 統計軟體作描述性統計,應用AMOS 統計軟體進行結構方程模式之收斂效度、區別效度、模型適配度與交叉效度檢定,研究結果顯示整體模型配適度良好。以結構方程模型驗證研究架構模型發現,足球運動參與者之;涉入程度對幸福感未達顯著影響(路徑係數 .12);流暢體驗對幸福感達顯著影響(路徑係數 .41*)。研究者根據研究結果提出三項提升足球運動參與者之涉入程度與流暢體驗及後續研究之相關建議,希冀能夠提供足球運動推廣及研究相關單位,作為未來足球運動推展實務與後續相關研究工作之參考。

The purpose of this research was to understand current situation of football game participants and to discuss the correlation of level of involvement, flow experience and happiness for football game participants by structural equation modeling. This research adopted questionnaire method and took football game participants of National Pingtung University, Kaohsiung Municipal San Min Vocational High School, Kaohsiung Medical University, National Kaohsiung Normal University and Kaohsiung Municipal Chung-Cheng Industrial High School as research subjects. From August 6, 2016 to August 28, 2016, there were 300 questionnaires provided including 289 valid questionnaires with the recovery ratio of 96.33 % after deleting the invalid questionnaire. As for obtained data from questionnaire recovery, SPSS statistical software was adopted for descriptive statistics, and AMOS statistical software was adopted for convergent validity, discriminant validity, model fit and cross validity verifications of structural equation modeling. The result of the research analysis showed that the overall model fitness was good. Verifying the research frame model, it was found that, for football game participants, level of involvement had not showed significant influence to happiness (path coefficient = 0.12); flow experience had showed significant influence to happiness (path coefficient = 0.41). According to research results, researchers had put forward three suggestions to improve level of involvement and flow experience of football game participants as well as follow-up research, hoping related units which could promote and research football game could take it as reference for future promotion practice and follow-up related research work of football game.
