參與足球運動流暢體驗之研究

摘要

本研究目的應用結構方程模式(Structural Equational Modeling, SEM)探討參與足球運動流暢體驗模式。本研究對象於2017 年5/6-5/21 日於假日下午四點到六點半在高屏地區五個主要的足球場分別為屏東大學、三民家商、高醫、高雄師大、中正高工等各施測六十份。共計發出300 份，刪除無效問卷得到有效問卷295 份，有效問卷率為98.33%。研究結果顯示通過收斂效度、區別效度、組成信度、平均變異數萃取量與模型適配度。根據研究結果提出建議一、強化參與者專注力、掌控性，讓選手有勝任感，進而提升對足球運動回饋自成性經驗二、推廣國人參與足球運動，提升全民參與。

The purpose of this study is to explore the flow experience mode of participating in football by using Structural Equational Modeling. The main objects of this study are tested with sixty questionnaires from 4 pm to 6:30 pm on the holidays during the period from May 6 to May 21, 2017 in five major football fields of the Kaoping area, including National Pingtung University, Sanmin Home Economics & Commercial High School, Kaohsiung Medical College, National Kaohsiung Normal University, and Kaohsiung Municipal Chung-Cheng Industrial High School. A total of 300 copies were issued and 295 valid questionnaires were obtained from deleting the invalid questionnaires. The effective questionnaire rate is 98.33%. The results show that through the convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, average variance extracted and model fitness, the following recommendations are proposed on the basis of the findings: first, strengthen the focus and control of the participants to make the players qualified and to further enhance the self-generating experience of football; second, promote the people to participate in football and enhance the universal participation.
