台南市樂齡志工運動休閒參與程度、心流體驗、自我效能、生活滿意之研究

Research on Degree of Participation, Flow Experiences, Self-efficacy and Life Satisfaction of Sports and Leisure for Senior Education Volunteers in Tainan City

摘要


本研究旨在探討樂齡志工對於運動休閒活動之參與程度、心流體驗、自我效能與生活滿意之關係。研究方法以問卷調查進行分析,研究對象為台南市各大樂齡學習中心內之樂齡志工,施測時間為2016年10月15日,研究者於台南市中西區YMCA樂齡學習中心、南區樂齡學習中心、北區樂齡學習中心、東區樂齡學習中心,共計4處樂齡學習中心進行問卷施測,共計發放400份問卷,回收有效問卷367份,有效問卷回收率91.75%。研究者以SPSS 12.0及Amos 20.0兩套統計軟體分別對樣本資料進行描述性統計分析及結構方程模式分析。研究結果顯示樂齡志工以女性、55-60歲、小學學歷、已婚、自評身體健康狀況還好為主,而台南市樂齡志工自我效能與心流體驗均可對生活滿意度產生正向顯著之影響。根據研究結果,研究者提出三項建議以藉由心流體驗與自我效能之增強,進而讓樂齡志工之生活滿意度得到提升,分別是:一、鼓勵樂齡志工參與不同類型之活動,找尋可獲得最大心流體驗之活動類型。二、適度讓樂齡志工多參與活動規劃與決策,增加其活動之涉入程度。三、給予樂齡志工正向鼓勵,強化其自信與肯定。

The aim of this research was to explore the relationship among degree of participation, flow experiences, self-efficacy and life satisfaction of sports and leisure for senior education volunteers. The research was analyzed by questionnaire, and the research objects were the senior education volunteers of education centers in Tainan City. The survey time was October 15, 2016, and the researchers conducted questionnaire survey at 4 Senior Education Centers including YMCA Senior Education Center in central and western Tainan, the Southern District Senior Education Center, North District Senior Education Center and Eastern District Senior Education Center. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, and 367 effective questionnaires were retrieved. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 91.75 %. The researchers conducted descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model on the sampled-data by statistical software of SPSS 12.0 and Amos 20.0 respectively. The results showed that the senior education volunteers were mainly 55-60 years old, in primary school education, married and self-rated in well physical conditions. The self-efficacy and flow experiences of senior education volunteers in Tainan City could result in a significant positive impact on their life satisfaction. According to the results of the research, the researchers put forward three recommendations to enhance the flow experiences and self-efficacy to improve the life satisfaction of senior education volunteers, namely: First, to encourage senior education volunteers to participate in different types of activities, finding a type of activity that can acquire the maximum flow experience. Second, to make senior education volunteers participate in activity planning and decision-making appropriately to increase the degree of participation of activities. Third, to give positive encouragement to senior education volunteers to strengthen their confidence and affirmation.
