台南市國民小學女性教師休閒運動參與及阻礙因素之調查研究

A Study on the Recreational Sports Participation and Related Constraining Factors of Female Elementary Teachers in Tainan City

摘要


本研究以「台南市國民小學女性教師休閒運動參與及阻礙因素之調查問卷」為工具,旨在瞭解受試者之休閒運動參與現況及阻礙因素為何?並探討不同背景變項之受試者休閒運動參與及阻礙因素是否有顯著差異存在。 本研究以台南市100學年度編制內國民小學女性教師為取樣對象,採「分層隨機抽樣」方式,總計發出問卷350份,有效問卷335 份,有效率為 95.7﹪。回收後以描述性統計、卡方考驗、單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後比較等方法進行統計分析。得到結論如下: 一、受試者每週從事規律休閒運動者,佔38.5﹪;參與時段以「 下午(十二點至十八點)」最多,每週平均參與次數以「1次以下」最多;參與之同伴以「家人」居多;影響參與之因素最主要為「時間因素」;從事運動的地點,大多位於「居家社區附近開放空間」或「學校運動場」;最常參與的項目依序是散步、健走、騎腳踏車、羽球、瑜珈。 二、受試者參與休閒運動四個阻礙因素構面中,最主要為「場地設施阻礙」,其次是「個人內在阻礙」,再其次為「環境與經濟阻礙」,最後為「工作阻礙」。 三、不同背景變項之受試者在參與休閒運動規律行為上,不同年齡及服務年資上有顯著差異存在。 四、不同年齡之受試者在「工作阻礙」的構面上達顯著差異,經事後比較得知「31-40 歲」及「41-50歲」在「工作阻礙」構面顯著高於「51-65歲」。 五、不同婚姻狀況之受試者在「環境與經濟阻礙」構面上,達到顯著差異,經事後比較得知「已婚有子女」顯著高於「單身」。 基於上述研究結果對國民小學女性教師、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究者提出數點建議,期望能對提升國民小學女性教師休閒運動參與現況有所助益。

This study aims at probing into the current situation and the impeding factors of the female primary school teachers in Tainan city when they participating recreational sports. Based on “A Study on the Recreational Sports Participation and Related Constraining Factors of Female Elementary Teachers in Tainan City”, we explore to understand if the participating and impeding factors are influenced by the variables of their backgrounds. This study taking the female primary school teachers of the regular staff in 100 Academic Year as samples, we adopt the method of random sampling. We send out 350 questionnaires in total, and 335 copies of them are available. The effective rate is up to 95.7%. After retrieving, we use descriptive statistics, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and so on to compile statistics.The conclusions are: 1. The participants who are engaged in regular creational activities possess 38.5%; for the engaging time, once a week or less possesses the most part; most of their companies are their families; the main factor which influences their engaging in is “time”; the major places to do their activities are the open grounds near their communities or the playgrounds of schools; the most welcomed activities are walking, exercise walking, bike-riding, badminton, yoga. 2. The main factor of the four impeding aspects when participants engaging in recreational activities is the site and facilities, the second will be personal obstruction, then the obstruction of environment and economics, and the last is the obstruction of job. 3. When engaging in recreational regular activities, there are obvious differences among the participants who possess different background variables in different age and years of service. However, there are not obvious differences in different marriage situation, post, education level, school scale and average monthly income. 4. The aspect of job obstruction achieves apparent divergences among the participants in different age. After comparing, we find that people who aged 31-40 and aged 41-50 show higher effect upon job obstruction than those who aged 51-65. 5. On the aspect of the environment and economics obstructions, the participants in different marriage situations achieve apparent divergence. After comparing, we find that the married with children shows higher effect than the single. According to the research, we bring up several suggestions in connection with the female primary school teachers, schools, the organization of educational administration and the successive research. Hopefully, they are helpful to the female primary school teachers to promote the current situation of participating in recreational sports.
