本研究目的探討屏東縣小學教師參與生態旅遊態度與滿意度之研究。採用問卷調查方式以「屏東縣小學教師生態旅遊態度與滿意度量表」為工具,共發出問卷數450份,回收問卷數425份,有效問卷數401份,有效回收率94.3%。透過SPSS與Amos統計套裝軟體,利用描述性統計、結構方程模式分析,研究結果發現:模式具有良好收斂效度、區別效度、模型適配度、屏東縣小學教師參與生態旅遊態度對滿意度具有顯著影響。本研究結論為,生態旅遊的態度會影響小學教師對參與生態旅遊的滿意度。故建議教師如能藉由參與生態旅遊活動或參加相關研習來提升在生態旅遊上之知能,將使教師對生態旅遊的態度更趨於正向積極,進而提高生態旅遊滿意度。
The purpose of this study is to explore the attitude and satisfaction of primary school teachers in Pingtung County in participating in ecotourism. A total of 450 questionnaires of "Attitude and Satisfaction Scale of Primary School Teachers in Pingtung County in Participating in Ecotourism" were sent out and 425 were collected. Among them, 401 questionnaires were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 94.3%. Through descriptive statistics and structural equation model analysis in statistical packages of SPSS and Amos, the findings show that the model has great convergence validity, discriminant validity, model adaptability, and the attitude of primary school teachers in Pingtung County participating in ecotourism has a significant impact on satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that attitude of primary school teachers towards ecotourism will affect their satisfaction. Therefore, it is suggested that if teachers can enrich their knowledge and improve their ability in ecotourism by means of ecotourism activities or relevant study, they will tend to be more positive towards ecotourism and thus improve their satisfaction with ecotourism.
