跆拳道運動之運動倫理與教練領導

摘要

跆拳道在國內已經落地生根，而我國跆拳道歷屆國際競賽成績亮眼，有目共睹，因而本研究以跆拳道運動之教練領導與運動倫理認知進行探討與印證。本研究採用半結構式訪談法，研究結果為：運動競技之外在技能、內在涵養同等重要，而教練領導對於專業選手的養成有深切的影響，正向引導選手具備反思的能力，無論是在運動表現提升層面或是價值判斷層面，是專項運動訓練過程值得關注的事項。

Taekwondo has an excellent performance on the international taekwondo competitions in Taiwan, therefore, this study focuses on the sports ethics and coach leadership of taekwondo. The methodology what I used is semi-structured interview and the result is that the external skill is important as well as internal value on the athletic sports, and the coach leadership has a profound impact on the development of professional athletes. It is worth paying attention to the process of sports training on guiding athletes act positively and having the ability to reflect, not only at the sports performance but also at the value judgment.
