摘要

本研究旨在建構跆拳道初級專任運動教練專業職能。透過文獻蒐集與彙整，分析出跆拳道專任運動教練相關專業能力指標，透過15位專家學者建構出跆拳道初級專任運動教練職能指標，再以層級分析法分析出指標權重。結果顯示：跆拳道初級專任運動教練專業知識7項指標，專業技能7項指標，專業態度9項指標皆獲專家學者95%以上的認同，能力指標權重之排序為專業技能最為重要其次為專業知識及專業態度，專業技能首重為臨場戰術指導及技術訓練，專業知識則是了解國際發展趨勢，專業態度中強調擔任教練必須具備良好工作態度及熱忱，作為提供給未來的跆拳道初級專業運動教練參考之依據。

This research aims to construct a competency index for full-time coach for beginner Taekwondo. Through reviews and analysis of literatures, related professional indices were sorted out. With the help of a panel of 15 experts, the weight of each index were determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results show that, for full-time beginner Taekwondo coach, there are 7 indices for professional knowledge, 7 indices for professional skill, and 9 indices for professional attitude. There was more than 95% agreement from the panel of experts on these indices. Professional skill weighted the most, followed by professional knowledge and professional attitude. For professional skill, on-the-spot tactical guidance and technical training weighted the most. For professional knowledge, it is understanding of international trends that is most weighted, while good working attitude and passion is weighted the most among professional attitudes. These indices serve as reference for future full-time beginner Taekwondo coach.
