屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手社會支持與參與動機之研究

A Research on the Social Support and Motivation to Participate of the Players of the Elementary School Basketball Team in Pingtung County

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手社會支持與參與動機之現況,並分析不同背景變項在社會支持與參與動機上之差異情形,最後再探討社會支持對參與動機之預測情形。以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,研究對象為屏東縣國小籃球代表隊學童,以立意抽樣方式共發出問卷410份,回收有效問卷共404份,有效回收率為98 %。所得資料經描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸等方式加以分析,研究結果得知,屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手有較高的社會支持與參與動機;不同年級、參加最高層級的國小籃球比賽之屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手在社會支持層面達顯著差異;不同參加最高層級的國小籃球比賽之屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手在參與動機層面達顯著差異;屏東縣國小籃球代表隊選手之社會支持與參與動機能有效預測參與動機。

The purpose of this research was to understand the current status of social support and participation motivation of the representative basketball players in elementary schools in Pingtung County. In addition, it analyzed the differences in social support and participation motivation of different background variables. Finally, it deeply explored the correlation between social support and participation motivation and the prediction of social support for participation motivation. The survey techniques were used to collect the required information. The object of this study was the basketball team students of Pingtung County Elementary School. A total of 410 questionnaires were sent out by purposive sampling, and a total of 404 valid questionnaires were received, so the effective recovery rate was 98 %. After the data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, MANOVA, multiple stepwise regression method, the results were as follows: 1. Pingtung County Elementary School basketball team players had high social support and motivation to participate. 2. There were significant differences in the level of social support for the Pingtung County Elementary School basketball team players who participate in the highest-level elementary school basketball competitions of different grades. 3. Different Pingtung County elementary school basketball team players who participated in the highest-level elementary school basketball competition had significant differences in their motivation to participate. 4. With the support of classmates, it can effectively predict the motivation of participation.
