本研究目的在驗證驗證國民中學體育教師工作需求、工作資源及創意教學之間影響情形。以專任國中體育教師為研究對象,共發放500份問卷,有效問卷453份,有效回收率為90.6%。資料經統計分析結果:工作需求對創意教學有負向顯著影響,而工作需求次構面中只有升學現象、工作負荷、學生課堂問題及學生管教等四個因素會負向顯著影響教師創意教學,而與家長互動因素對創意教學沒有顯著影響。工作資源具有調節作用在工作需求與創意教學之關係,其中教師知覺校長支持越高時,會減弱學生課堂問題對創意教學的負向影響;教師知覺教學自主越高時,會增強升學現象對創意教學的負向影響,會減弱學生課堂問題對創意教學的負向影響。最後本研究也根據結果提出一些實務上建議,以供提升教師創意教學參考。
The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of operational requirements on creative teaching and the adjustment of operational resources. A questionnaire was distributed to 500 junior high school PE teachers There are 453 returned validly and the return rate was approximately 90.6%. The analyzed results revealed that: The operational requirements have a negative and significant impact on creative teaching. Among the operational requirements, credentialism, workload, students' problems and the discipline in the class affect creative teaching negatively; however, the interactions between teachers and parents has no effect on creative teaching. The operational resources adjust the relationship between operational requirement and creative teaching. When teachers notice the principal's support, the negative impact of students' problems in the class on creative teaching will reduced. When teachers have much more teaching autonomy, the negative impact of credentialism on creative teaching will enhanced; however, the negative impact of students' problems in the class on creative teaching will reduced. Finally, the researcher proposed some practical suggestions based on the results for improving creative teaching.
