本研究目的在驗證健身參與者之幸福感在運動參與程度與自覺健康之間,是否具有中介效果。方法:以臺北市統一健身俱樂部之會員進行便利抽樣調查,有效問卷共224份。採用結構方程模式進行資料分析。結果:一、健身參與者之運動參與程度會正向影響自覺健康。二、健身參與者之運動參與程度會正向影響幸福感。三、健身參與者之幸福感在運動參與程度與自覺健康之間具有中介效果。結論:健身參與者之運動參與程度越高,幸福感及自覺健康也隨之提升,且健身參與者之運動參與程度與自覺健康之間會受到幸福感之影響。當個體在健身運動之後,增強成就感、自信心及滿足心情愉悅之感受,則可以提升個體對自我身體健康、穩定情緒,降低孤寂感與減少身體疼痛的感受。建議政府與健身產業未來可創造多元健身運動方案增加健身運動人口,打造幸福健康城市。
Introduction: Previous studies have indicated that fitness exercises are both physically and mentally helpful; therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between exercise participants' sport participation, well-being and perceived health, and to verify whether well-being has a mediating effect on the impact of sports participation on perceived health. Methods: With convenience sampling, the participants were 224 members of being sports fitness club, Q square branch. As for data analysis, descriptive statistics and structural equation model were employed. Results: 1. The level of exercise participation among fitness enthusiasts positively influences their perceived health. 2. The level of exercise participation among fitness enthusiasts positively affects their sense of well-being. 3. The sense of well-being among fitness enthusiasts serves as a mediator between the level of exercise participation and perceived health. Conclusion: As the level of exercise participation increases among fitness enthusiasts, both their sense of well-being and perceived health improve. Additionally, the level of exercise participation among fitness enthusiasts is influenced by their sense of well-being. Individuals who engage in fitness activities experience enhanced feelings of achievement, self-confidence, and emotional satisfaction, leading to an improved perception of personal physical health, emotional stability, reduced feelings of loneliness, and decreased experiences of bodily pain. It is recommended that the government and the fitness industry collaborate to create diverse fitness programs in the future, aiming to increase the population engaged in fitness activities and establish cities that promote both happiness and health.
