運動社會支持、運動享樂對中年運動參與者幸福感之影響

The Effects of Exercise Social Support for and Exercise Enjoyment on Well-being for Middle Aged Exerciser

摘要


本研究目的在於:一、探討不同年齡層之中年運動參與者在運動社會支持、運動享樂與幸福感之差異情形。二、探討不同運動參與程度之中年運動參與者在運動社會支持、運動享樂與幸福感之差異情形。三、探討中年運動參與者社會支持、運動享樂對幸福感之影響。本研究以163位中年運動參與者為研究對象(男91,女72)。研究工具為社會支持量表、運動享樂量表與幸福感量表。所收集的資料以獨立樣本t考驗及多元同時迴歸分析進行資料處理。本研究所得結果如下:一、在不同年齡層上,45~55歲之中年運動參與者的運動享樂及幸福感(生活滿意、幸福感總量表)皆顯著高於35~44歲之中年運動參與者;該年齡層有較高的幸福感。二、在運動參與程度方面,高運動參與程度者的朋友支持、運動享樂、生活滿意、健康行為及幸福感總量表皆顯著高於低運動參與程度者;顯示較高運動程度者會有較滿意的生活品質。三、社會支持(家人支持、朋友支持)與運動享樂可有效預測幸福感(Adj R2 =38.3%);中年運動參與者可藉由社會支持及運動享樂來提昇本身的幸福感。

The purposes of this study were: (1) to explore the differences of social support for exercise, exercise enjoyment, and well-being between two different disparity age (35-44 years and 45-55 years), (2) to explore the differences of social support for exercise, exercise enjoyment, and wellbeing between two different degree of participation (high and low), (3) to examine the effect of social support for exercise and exercise enjoyment on well-being in exerciser of middle age. The subjects were 163 exerciser of middle age (male 91, female 72). The research tools were “Social Support for Exercise Inventory,” “Exercise Enjoyment Inventory,” and “Well-being Inventory.” The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent) and multiple simultaneous regression analysis. The results were as follows: (1) for disparity age, the exerciser of middle age’s exercise enjoyment, satisfied life, and well-being in the group of 45-55 years were higher than the exercisers’ in the group of 35-44 years. In the group of 45-55 years had higher well-being. (2) For the degree of participation, the exerciser of middle age’s friend’s support, exercise enjoyment, satisfied life, healthy behavior, and well-being in the high degree of participation were higher than the exercisers’ in the low degree of participation. The higher degree of participation had more satisfactory quality of life. (3) The social support for exercise (family support and friend’s support) and exercise enjoyment could effectively predict exerciser of middle age’s well-being (Adj R2 = 38.3%). Middle aged exercisers could employ social support and exercise enjoyment to improve their well-being.
