目的:本研究旨在探討八週團體運動介入對銀髮族幸福感及功能性體適能之提昇效益。方法:本研究招募屏東縣潮州鎮某社區關懷據點17名受試者,進行每週二次、每次60分鐘、持續八週的團體運動課程;課程前、後皆進行幸福感與功能性體適能檢測。測驗所得之資料以SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行分析,採描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、成對樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關及逐步迴歸分析驗證研究假設。結果:八週團體運動課程,可顯著改善銀髮族的生活滿意因素、自我肯定因素、自我信心因素及整體幸福感;此外,亦顯著改善銀髮族的上肢肌力、上肢柔軟度及下肢柔軟度。結論:除整體幸福感、為期八週的團體運動課程對銀髮族的功能性體適能亦有提升的效益;研究亦發現,靜態平衡能力可有效預測銀髮族的整體幸福感。建議:鼓勵社區長者多參與結構化的運動課程,藉以提升其幸福感受及功能性體適能;除肌力訓練外,課程設計亦可加強長者的平衡訓練。
Objective: This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of eight-week group exercise program on well-being and functional fitness in elders. Methods: We had 17 subjects from a community care base in Pingtung County with 60 minutes/day twice a week group exercise program and lasted it for 8 weeks; before and after experiment, their well-being and functional fitness were tested. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way anova, independent t-test, paired sample t-test, pearson's product-moment correlation and stepwise regression by SPSS 18.0. Results: The results indi-cated that eight-week group exercise program significantly improve the life satisfaction factors, self-affirmation factors, self-confidence factors and overall well-being in elders, and also improve the upper limb muscle strength, upper and lower limb softness. Conclusion: This activity could promote overall well-being and functional fitness in elders. The static balance ability explained the variance of overall well-being in elders. Recommendation: Encouraging community elders to participate in structured sports. The balance training should be increased in elders.
