運用系統回顧暨統合分析探討乳癌放射治療固定輔具之應用

Investigation of Immobilization Devices in Breast Radiotherapy by Using Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis

摘要


文獻資料庫的資源龐大,於繁瑣的臨床業務中,鮮少有時間逐一閱讀,透過系統性回顧(systematic reviews)及統合分析(meta-analysis),檢索、篩選大量的醫學研究報告,再運用統計學的方法量化文獻的研究結果,提供最佳的研究證據,進而將整合出的結論應用於臨床,發揮實證醫學之精神。本研究透過系統性文獻回顧與統合分析進行實證醫學相關研究,探討乳癌放射治療有無使用固定輔具或使用真空固定墊(Vacuum cushion)與翼板(Wing boa:乳癌病患放射治療使用固定輔具其治療位置準確性較佳(P<0.05);使用翼板固定輔具治療位置準確性較真空固定墊佳(P<0.05),將文獻與本科實證研究結果進行分析,所得之結果亦顯示,使用翼板制式輔具治療位置準確性較佳(P<0.05),此研究結果可供臨床參考與應用。

A great amount of literature database in busy clinical case, it cannot study one by one in the limited time. Therefore, through systematic review and meta-analysis, retrieval, screening a large number of medical studies, then use statistical methods to quantify the results of research literature, to provide the best research evidence, and then integrate the conclusions of clinical application, and play spirit of evidence-based medicine (EBM). In this study, investigation of immobilization devices in breast radiotherapy by using systematic reviews and meta-analysis, and to evaluate the positioning accuracy. The result showed using immobilization devices have better treatment position (P<0.05), and wingboard group treatment position accuracy than the vacuum cushion group (P <0.05), the results of empirical research literature and undergraduate, with the results obtained from the treatment site also shows flaps accuracy better (P <0.05), results of this study and clinical reference applications are available.
