The purposes of this study were to explore the sports participating motivation and satisfaction in different situation. And then, explore relation of between the sports participating motivation and satisfaction of sports media viewers in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan Area. The samples were sports media viewers in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan Area. A total of 700 questionnaires were sent out and 587 valid questionnaires were received. The response rate of valid questionnaires was 83.86%. The t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Smart PLS were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study are stated as follows: First, there were different in marital status of sports participating motivation of sports media viewers. Second, there were different in different sports days of per week of sports participating motivation of sports media viewers. Third, there were different among occupation of satisfaction of sports media viewers. Fourth, the sports participating motivation of sports media viewers can directly influence satisfaction.
