The issue on the human rights of persons with disabilities has been raised worldwide recently. The purpose of this investigation is to explore the constraints on the participation of men with physical disabilities in recreational sports. According to the "Hierarchical Model of Leisure Constrains" (Crawford & Godbey, 1987), interview case-depth analysis to explore the constraints that men who have physically disabilities may confront in recreational sports. The results indicate that all subjects have to give up or reduce their frequency of participating in sports due to different levels of constraints. In addition, intrapersonal constraints to physical disabilities are personality and physical limitations; interpersonal constraints are mainly limited by family support; further more, structural constraints include the inconvenience of traffic, shot of sports equipment, and lack of information. The suggested solutions are (a) to increase public awareness of recreational activities for the disabled, (b) to invest more resources for physical activities, (c) to reorganize the information window. To achieve the goals, further quantitative research and deeply study of the negotiation strategy for disabilities to successfully participate in the leisure activities.
