滑輪溜冰選手參與動機與阻礙因素及生涯發展之研究

摘要

本研究目的主要探討滑輪溜冰選手參與動機、阻礙因素與生涯發展關係之研究。以2020中正盃滑輪溜冰比賽現場之選手為施測對象，發出問卷200份，共回收193份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率為96.5%。本問卷資料分析用統計軟體SPSS22.0版進行描述統計分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及結構方程模式分析。研究結果顯示如下：（一）本研究抽樣滑輪溜冰選手多為男性、年齡15歲以下、學生族群且家長多數支持者為主。（二）選手有中高度之參與動機及生涯發展，阻礙因素情況低（三）部分背景變項在參與動機、阻礙因素及生涯發展均有顯著差異（四）參與動機、阻礙因素與生涯發展之關係都具有顯著相關（五）阻礙因素對選手生涯發展未具有顯著中介效果。最後提出相關之建議，以提供未來推廣策略之參考。

The primary purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among roller skaters' participation motivation, constraints, and career development. The participants of this study were contestants at Zhongzheng Cup roller skating competition in 2020. A total of 200 questionnaires were delivered with 193 of them fully completed, which achieved 96.5% response rate. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) were employed in data analyses with SPSS 22.0.The results showed that: (1) the majority of the respondents were males, younger than 15 years old, and students with their parents' support as a roller skater; (2) they possessed medium to high levels of participation motivation and career development, but a low level of constraints; (3) the differences of several social-demographic variables of respondents' characters had significant differences of their participation motivation, constraints and career development; (4) there were significant correlation relationships among respondents' participation motivation, constraints and career development; and (5) there was no mediation effect between respondents' constraints and career development. Finally, according to these results, researcher provides several suggestions for developing the promotion strategy of the roller skating sport.
