大學生身體素養、運動自我效能與休閒身體活動量之關聯性研究

A study of the relationship among physical literacy, exercise self-efficacy, and leisure-time physical activity of undergraduates

摘要


身體素養是影響身體活動量的關鍵因素,然而身體素養與運動自我效能、身體活動量之關聯在不同對象上之研究仍需驗證。本研究旨在探討大學生身體素養、運動自我效能與休閒身體活動量之差異分析、關聯性及預測情形。本研究以南臺科技大學學生為對象,採自編問卷進行立意取樣之問卷調查,共獲得602份有效問卷。研究結果發現:一、性別在身體素養、運動自我效能、休閒身體活動量皆無顯著差異,參與運動團隊在上述皆具有顯著差異,BMI則在部分面向具有顯著差異;二、身體素養與運動自我效能具中度至高度的顯著正相關,身體素養、運動自我效能與休閒身體活動量則呈現顯著的低度正相關;三、多元逐步迴歸分析發現運動團隊參與、身體素養中的自我意識與自信、運動自我效能中的運動適能可以預測大學生的休閒身體活動量。未來研究可進一步以質性研究法,探討不同背景學生在身體素養、自我效能之差異因素。

Physical literacy is a crucial element in influencing physical activity., However, the relationship among physical literacy, exercise self-efficacy, and leisure-time physical activity in different participants, warrants further investigation. The objectives of this study were to explore the differences, correlations and predictions between college students' physical literacy, exercise self-efficacy and the amount of leisure physical activity. The subjects are the students at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST). The questionnaire survey was conducted by using purposive sampling. Overall, a total of 602 valid questionnaires were returned. The results revealed that: first, while there is no significant difference in sexuality among physical literacy, exercise self-efficacy, and leisure-time physical activity, there is a considerable difference in sports team participation in those aspects mentioned above. In addition, there is a significant difference in Body Mass Index (BMI) in part of those aspects; Second, there is a significant, medium-to-high positive correlation between physical literacy and exercise self-efficacy. Besides, there is a considerable, low-positive correlation among physical literacy, exercise self-efficacy, and leisure-time physical activity; Third, multivariate stepwise regression analysis shows that sports team participation, self-consciousness and confidence in physical literacy, and sports fitness in exercise self-efficacy can predict the leisure-time physical activity of undergraduate students. Future research can further explore the differences in physical literacy and self-efficacy of students from various socioeconomic status taking qualitative research methods.
