近年來,國人從事休閒運動之風氣頗為盛行,運動場館及空間亦隨之廣設林立,然目前國內運動場館其地理位置與空間相關之研究尚為闕漏,更尤其經營運動場館屬高度服務性質之產業,滿意度管理便成為增強其競爭力的關鍵因素之一,故運動場館與其鄰近業者之滿意度是否存在地域上之關聯即為本文欲探討之議題。本文彙整過去臺北市十二座運動中心滿意度管理與評估指標之相關文獻後,以量化統計工具求得其2015至2019年間之使用者滿意度狀況,配合空間相關檢定衡量其所處位置影響其滿意度與否,最後由其滿意度調查結果推論該十二座運動中心滿意度之間的空間相關情形。結果顯示,當相鄰之運動中心其滿意度具外溢效果時,應於鄰近區域多增設運動休閒環境與設施,以彌足所需之供給;反之,若相鄰之運動中心其滿意度具排斥效果時,應採迴避或改變經營模式等策略,以減少空間相關而致之營運虧損。
Many sports venues have been built up with increasing sports population in recent years, yet it was still lacking in discussion of how to use spatial correlation to assess the performance of sports venues. Especially, customer satisfaction has become one of key performance indicators to any sports center since that it belongs to the highly service-oriented industry. Thus, to fill the references for the industries, government and researchers afterwards, we investigated the satisfaction status of 12 sports centers in Taipei for the period between 2015 and 2019 as well as explored their spatial correlations with spatial correlation test, and finally the spatial correlations of the performance of 12 sports centers were inferred from the results of the customer satisfaction surveys. Results revealed those adjacent sports centers with spillover effect should extend more sports spaces and facilities to make up for the lack, while those with repulsion effect should alter their business models or prevent locating near the sports centers with superior performance to avoid deficits.
