摘要

目的：運用績效評估及空間相關檢定，探討臺北市12座運動中心經營績效及績效空間相關情形，以提供政府、業者及後續研究者參考之目的。方法：透過資料包絡分析法、空間相關檢定，分析2011-2014年臺北市12座運動中心之績效、並透過績效評估結果計算運動中心績效空間相關情形。結果：由2011-2014年的資料顯示，中正、南港及大同等3座運動中心績效值最佳，同時發現區域的人口密度會影響績效表現，萬華區及南港區運動中心具有顯著空間相關情形。結論：運動中心的人口密集度、地理位置、便利性及經營模式會影響其經營績效，經營績效較差的運動中心應改變其經營模式及迴避具有顯著空間相關及績效較佳的運動中心以增進其績效表現。

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to use performance and spatial correlation tests to evaluate the performances of 12 sports centers in Taipei, the results of which can provide a reference for government, industry, and follow-up researchers. Methods: Data envelopment analysis and spatial correlation tests were used to evaluate the performance and spatial correlations of 12 sports centers in Taipei for the period between 2011 and 2014; the spatial correlation of the performance of the sports centers was calculated from the performance evaluation results. Results: Between 2011 and 2014, three sports centers-Zhongzheng, Nankang, and Datong-achieved the best performance values. Population density and distance from a metro station were determined to affect the performance of a sports center. Wanhua and Nankang sports centers exhibited performance space spill. Conclusion: The population intensity, location, convenience, and business model of a sports center affects its business performance. To improve their performance, poorly performing sports centers should change their business models and avoid locating near significantly spatially relevant sports centers with superior performance.
