體育教師教學專業能力與創意教學之關係:以自我效能與教學快樂感為中介變項

Physical education instructors' professional competency and creative teaching: The mediating roles of self-efficacy and happiness

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討體育教師的教學專業能力、自我效能、教學快樂感與創意教學之間的關係和自我效能與教學快樂感在教學專業能力與創意教學之間的中介作用。研究者採用立意取樣的方式,有效問卷335份,所得資料以結構方程模式進行統計分析,經由研究結果發現:(一)「體育專業能力」對「自我效能」具有正向的影響力,「體育專業能力」對「教學快樂感」具有正向的影響力,「自我效能」對「創意教學」具有正向的影響力,「自我效能」對「教學快樂感」具有正向的影響力,「教學快樂感」對「創意教學」具有正向的影響。(二)自我效能、教學快樂感在教學專業能力與創意教學間,分別具有完全中介效果與雙中介效果。

The study discusses the relationship among physical education instructors' professional competency, self-efficacy, happiness in teaching, and creative teaching, as well as the mediating effect of self-efficacy and happiness in teaching on professional competency and creative teaching. This research used purposive sampling and collected questionnaire from 335 teachers, and the results used SEM analysis. The study finds as follows: (1) There is positive influence of professional competency on self-efficacy, of professional competency on happiness in teaching, of self-efficacy on creative teaching, of self-efficacy on happiness in teaching, of happiness in teaching on creative teaching. (2) There is full mediating effect of self-efficacy and happiness in teaching on professional competency, and double mediating effect on creative teaching.
