Odontoma is one of the common types of mixed odontogenic tumors. It is composed of enamel, dentin, and variable amounts of cement and pulp tissue. A compound odontoma is composed of multiple small malformed tooth structures; whereas a complex odontoma has an irregular mass in a disorderly pattern. This paper presents a 10-year-old girl with compound odontoma involving lower canine and premolar area. The clinical, radiographic (CT scan), and histological findings were described and discussed. The result of this case after surgery was good. Early detection and intervention was recommended for preventing further complications.
