摘要

異常的唇繫帶或舌繫帶常常造成兒童發音、進食以及吞嚥的困難，有時甚至還會影響牙齒美觀和站姿。許多患者常會因為上述問題而到牙科求診，然而傳統的繫帶切除術由於需要較大的手術範圍，使得術後不適和疼痛的情況時常發生。因此許多學者開始尋找新的方法來替代傳統手術的進行，而利用雷射進行治療即為其中一個方向。我們希望利用二極體雷射來進行繫帶的移除的同時，可以達到止血、減輕疼痛、快速完成治療等效果。而從本次病例報告的兩個患者身上可以發現，無論在唇繫帶或舌繫帶的移除上，都有極佳的表現，也期待未來有更廣泛的應用。

Children usually have difficulty of pronunciation, eating and swallowing due to abnormal labial or lingual frenum. Sometimes these structures may also in uence dental aesthetics and postures. So we use frenectomy to solve these problems. However, there are some complications of the traditional frenectomy, such as large operation fields or postoperative pain. Because of that, the laser frenectomy was developed. In our case reports, the diode laser frenectomy has the benefits of hemostasis, reducing pain and short treatment time. We also expect there are more applications of diode laser can be used in the future.
