臼齒與門牙礦化不全症的處理：病例報告
Treatment of Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization: A Case Report
摘要
臼齒與門牙礦化不全症患者口中可觀察到恆牙第一大臼齒與恆齒門牙同時發生牙釉質礦化低下的現象，常於患齒觀察到快速進展的齲齒與反覆崩壞的復形物。本案例為一名七歲患有臼齒與門牙礦化不全症的小女孩，利用預防性治療降低齲齒風險以及復形治療恢復咬合並達成美觀需求。早期發現與診斷與全面的牙科照護對於患有臼齒與門牙礦化不全症的患者是非常重要的，以降低未來治療的複雜性。

Molar-incisor hypomineralization (MIH) could be recognized as hypomineralized dental enamel of permanent first molars and permanent incisors. Rapid development of caries, repeated marginal breakdown of restorations in affected teeth are frequently occurred. This case report describes the clinical management for a 7-year-old girl with MIH. Preventive treatment and restorative treatment was taken to reduce the hypersensitivity and caries risk, and to reach the esthetic needs. Early detection and diagnosis follow with comprehensive dental care is essential for patient with MIH to minimize its complex dental treatment.
