拔除上顎阻生犬齒的矯正治療：病例報告

摘要

上顎犬齒對於臉部的美觀及功能性的咬合都很重要；上顎犬齒發生阻生（impaction）的原因包括乳牙提早或延遲脫落、牙根彎曲（dilaceration）、牙胚位置異常、囊腫（cyst）、牙齒和骨頭沾黏（ankylosis）或外傷...等。臨床上的治療計畫必須考慮病人的年齡、合作程度、牙弓大小及空間等問題。治療計畫中選擇拔除阻生犬齒的方式，不但可以大幅減少矯正時間也可符合病人需求。本病例是11歲的女生因左上顎犬齒阻生合併上下顎齒列不整齊及臉型微突的外觀（protrusive profile），藉由把左上顎阻生犬齒拔除後以第一小臼齒取代，另外再拔除右上及雙側下顎的第一小臼齒後以矯正方式關閉拔牙後的空間，治療完成後病人在咬合及外觀上都獲得了不錯的改善。

Maxillary canine teeth are very important for aesthetic and functional occlusion. The causes of canine impaction include early or delayed loss of the deciduous canine, root dilaceration, abnormal position of the tooth bud, cyst, ankylosis, trauma⋯etc. The treatment plans should consider the patient's age, cooperation, tooth size and arch length...etc. Clinically, the treatment options- extraction the canine impaction could shorten the total treatment time. This report was presented a case of the 11-year-old girl suffered from upper left canine impaction. She had received the treatment optionextraction the canine impaction and closure of the extraction space with orthodontic method. After completion the treatment course, the patient had given a good improvement in the occlusion and appearance.
