摘要

臼齒門牙礦化不全症為口內至少有一顆以上的第一大臼齒發生牙釉質礦化不全，這個情形通常也會同時在門牙發現。牙釉質受損的表現輕則以變白色、黃至棕色為主，嚴重者會造成牙齒一萌發隨即崩壞的可能。而牙齒敏感是此類病人最常見的臨床症狀，可能會導致口腔衛生不良，加速這些牙齒的破壞及增加治療時的困難。本文描述了兩則臼齒門牙礦化不全症的病例，分別以不同的復形方法治療，藉以探討此類病人應如何盡早診斷及訂定治療計畫。

Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) is a hypomineralization of systemic origin of one to four permanent first molars frequently associated with affected incisors. Enamel defects can range from mild opacities, white or yellow-brown in color, to severe enamel involvement which breaks down rapidly after eruption. Hypersensitivity is a common complication of MIH, making oral hygiene and dental treatment difficult, while further compromising the defective teeth. However, treatment options of MIH are case dependent, this paper reports two cases of MIH with different clinical management.
