摘要

Generalized aggressive periodontitis (GAP) is an uncommon periodontal disease characterized by rapid destruction of periodontal tissues, leading to severe attachment and bone loss. The onset of the disease can be as early as at the primary dentition, and GAP is sometimes found to be an oral manifestation of systemic problems. Early diagnosis and management are imperative to control the disease progress, preserve primary teeth, and prevent further damages to their permanent successors. In this report, we presented a case of an 8-year-old boy showing generalized periodontal bone loss with an underlying disease of neutropenia. He also had concomitant hypo-hyperdontia, a rare numeric dental abnormality with simultaneous occurrence of missing and supernumerary teeth.

廣泛型侵襲性牙周炎會導致牙周組織快速地破壞使得齒槽骨以及周圍組織的缺損，然而在小朋友身上其實相當罕見。相較於成人的牙周炎，牙菌斑的堆積多半不是兒童牙周炎致病的主因。相反的，局部因素和潛在的全身性疾病可能會導致兒童侵襲性牙周炎的發生。早期的診斷及治療可以有效控制病情，避免乳牙提早脫落甚至預防未來恆牙受到影響。本案例為一位八歲男童，因中性球低下症而導致廣泛型侵襲性牙周炎而有嚴重的齒槽骨缺損。他同時合併有缺齒－多齒症，一個同時發生缺牙以及贅生齒的病症。
