Forced Eruption of an Impacted Maxillary Left Central Incisor-A Case Report

左上正中恆門齒之強制萌發治療－病例報告

摘要

The impaction of maxillary permanent central incisor becomes a common problem for the pediatric dentists these years, but the treatment is challenging because of esthetics. Early diagnosis and intervention of such teeth is important to avoid further orthodontic complications. We report a case of a 9-year-old girl with an impacted central incisor in the maxillary anterior region. The odontoma which disturbed the eruption of the permanent incisor was surgically removed. After surgical exposure of the impacted incisor, we brought the impacted maxillary left central incisor downward to its proper position with the orthodontic force applied.

對於兒童牙科醫師而言，近年來恆門齒阻生變成越來越常見的問題，且因涉及美觀，亦為具挑戰性的治療。早期診斷和介入極為重要，可以避免及減少後續矯正之併發症。在這個病例報告中，這位九歲的女孩於上顎前牙區域有一顆左上正中恆門齒阻生，並以手術摘除阻礙其萌發之齒瘤。手術露出左上正中阻生齒後，經由矯正牽引至其適當的位置。
