The ectopic eruption and impaction of maxillary permanent canines is a frequently encountered clinical problem. The diagnosis and treatment of this problem usually requires the expertise of orthodontist. In this case report, we present the treatment of a 14-year-old male patient with delaying eruption of bilateral upper permanent canine. The patient received full mouth non-extraction orthodontic treatment with surgical exposure of upper permanent canine. The patient was satisfied with the treatment outcome.
