摘要

上顎阻生恆犬齒是口內繼智齒後第二容易發生阻生之恆齒，也是診治兒童及青少年時經常面臨的挑戰，本文獻回顧上顎阻生恆犬齒的發生率、成因、診斷與治療方法，並針對手術暴露方法比較，及與矯正治療注意事項做深入討論。

Maxillary permanent canine is the most common impacted permanent tooth except third molars, which has long been a challenge when treating pediatric and orthodontic patients. This article is intended to review the literature about prevalence, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of canine impaction, and emphasizes on further discussion of different surgical exposure techniques and cautions of orthodontic treatment.
