上顎犬齒異位萌發及不對稱拔牙之矯正治療－病例報告

摘要

在前牙擁擠之病例，常以對稱拔除兩側第一小臼齒來製造空間，但若碰到側門齒因犬齒異位萌發而導致牙根外吸收時，就會面對不對稱拔牙的選擇。不對稱拔牙的病例困難在於，關閉不同齒列大小空間，易造成於上下顎咬合中線偏移，替代牙齒的修整及兩側安格氏咬合不對稱等問題。本病例報告是介紹因為上顎犬齒異位萌發造成同側側門齒牙根外吸收。因為側門齒近遠心寬度與埋伏犬齒相近，所以拔除側門齒進行空間關閉，最後並達成上下咬合中線對稱完美的矯正效果。

Orthodontic and periodontal management of the patient with unilateral labial ectopic erupted maxillary canine and advanced external root resorption of the adjacent lateral incisor is presented. In treating the patient, the affected lateral incisor was extracted, substituting the canine for it, and treating to both Class I molar relationships while right maxillary bicuspid and mandibular bicuspids are extracted. Final results revealed acceptable periodontal health, along with the esthetic and functional occlusion.
