中國研究的發展與課題

摘要

我們先將回顧中國研究作為一個學術領域的發展。接著，我們將要透過國家與社會的關係，檢視研究途徑的變化。再來，我們要嘗試著釐清區域研究與專業學門之間的競爭與合作關係。隨後，我們將從國際關係的理論，來探討中國的涉外關係。當然，我們要進一步從事國際關係與比較政治正兩個研究領域的接軌。在結束之前，我們將以比較外交政策的觀點，來鳥瞰對於中國外交的研究。

We will start with the review of the development of China Studies as academic discipline. Secondly, we will examine how research approaches employed in this area have been evolving in terms of the state-society relations. Thirdly, we will make efforts to discern the competition and cooperation between area studies and academic disciplines. Fourthly, we will look into Chinese foreign policy by way of International Relations theories with a special focus on the intersection between International Relations and Comparative Politics. Before we come to our conclusions, we will offer a conceptual framework for observing Chinese foreign policy.
