本文以越南向南海挺進為主題，分析越南和中國為了南海主權形成爭端的主因。論文並分成冷戰時期、後冷戰時期、2010 年以後時期等三個時期，分析越南海洋戰略的轉變，以及這三個時期越南如何經營南海的過程。

This study analyzes Vietnam’s South China Sea Strategy, and discusses the main reasons of Vietnam-China South China Sea dispute. This paper studies Vietnam’s South China Sea Strategy in Cold War, in post-Cold War, and contemporary polices toward the South China Sea in order to research change and development of Vietnam’s South China Sea Strategy.
