摘要

習近平的領導方法不同於中共前幾任的領導人，他用增加職位的方法來增加自己源自於體制內的法令權、獎賞權與強制權。然而，中共極權政權性質與領袖個人專擅的特徵，使這種體制本身的運作就不太穩定。從習近平的權力基礎與集權方法兩個方面來看，顯然習近平的權力尚未鞏固。

Xi Jinping's method of leadership is different from any previous Communist leaders. He used a method to increase additional titles to increase his own power derived from the system- the legitimate power, reward power and coercive power within the system. However, the Chinese Communist totalitarian nature of the regime and the features of personal power centralization make this system itself is unstable. From power base and two methods of power centralization of Xi Jinping, it is clear Xi's power is not yet consolidated.
