摘要

在這裡，我們先將說明小國的定義，再來介紹小國的外交行為及其解釋，包括內在、以及條件式因素，接著探討小國可以選擇的策略，包括中立、以及結盟，再來、我們將考察小國所必須面對的課題，最後將分析小國所可能發揮的影響力。

In this article, we shall start with a definition of small state. After analyzing the foreign policy behavior of small states, we shall explore some explanations with a special focus on intrinsic and conditional factors. We then seek to examine the tasks that small states are facing. Finally, we will look into what influences that small states may exert.
