摘要

在飛行情境中飛行員常被迫要做許多不同類型的決策，但都是在不同備案之間做選擇，有些是直截了當的變通方法，就如放棄起飛或繼續起飛，有些決策則需要飛行員針對不明的問題想出創造性的解決方案。很明顯，有些決策較其它的決策需要更多的心智能力，而且這是依據所需下達的決策類型而定。「組員資源管理」是在研究座艙中（Cockpit or Canopy）飛行員的行為、能力、限制與特質等知識，應用於對飛行儀器、系統、任務、和環境之操控，以有效整合所有飛行系統中的硬體、軟體及人力資源，達成安全而有效率的飛行任務。本研究最主要之目的如下：（一）、瞭解座艙中飛行員形成「飛行決策」之依據與過程（Processing）。（二）、運用「組員資源管理」（CRM）理論，探討座艙中飛行員「飛行決策」之模式。（三）、以「紮根理論」（the Grounded Theory）為基礎建立座艙中最佳「飛行決策」之模式。（四）、研究在各飛行階段中最適當之「飛行決策」模式，供飛行教育、訓練與管理單位參考，以改善飛航危機管理與安全。

In flight, pilots have to make different complicate decisions; some are direct by Technical Order(T.O.) or Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P.) such as give up or go ahead to take off, others might depend on pilot to make a creative decision to solve the problem. Obviously, Crew Resource Management (CRM) could be the best way to improve the pilot's decision quality in cockpit, so the aim of this study, based on C.R.M., is as follows: 1. Understand the decision making process in cockpit. 2. Study the decision models based on CRM. 3. Find a best decision model in flight by the Grounded Theory. 4. Suggest the moderate Aeronautical Decision Making models for flight training to improve flight safety.
