啦啦隊知覺教練領導與團隊凝聚力之研究-全國高中組前六名

A Study of Leadership Styles and Team Cohesion of Senior High School Cheerleading Competition

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討高中啦啦隊之領導行爲和凝聚力之間的關係。受試者爲95年全國高中啦啦隊比賽成績前六名之選手,女生68名及男生32名的學生。研究工具爲:運動領導行爲(LSS)和圈隊凝聚力(GEQ)。所得資料經相依t檢定、獨立t檢定、軍因子變異量數分析後,其結果如下:一、高中啦啦隊選手知覺的教練領導行爲依序爲:1訓練與指導、2社會支持、3正面回饋、4民主行爲、5專制行爲。選手之教練領導,喜愛較多的訓練與指導、民主行爲。在訓練與指導及民主行爲方面,女生顯著高於男生。二、高中啦啦隊選手知覺的團隊凝聚力,依序爲:1團體合作、2個人親和、3團隊適應、4個人吸引。三、良好的訓練指導對於團隊合作有正面的幫助。需加強訓練與指導及民主行爲,對於團隊合作與運動表現有正面的幫助。

The main purpose of this research was to investigate collegiate leadership behavior and cohesiveness. The subjects were 68 female and 32 male collegiate students. All participants of collegiate students finish two questionnaires: Leadership Scale Sports lead the behavior (LSS) and Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ). The data was analyzed by independent t-test and one way ANOV A. The result was as follows: The order of LSS: 1. training instruction, 2. social support, 3. positive feedback, 4. democratic behavior, and 5. autocratic behavior. Players prefer more training instruction and DB. Female was significant higher than training instruction and democratic behavior. The order of GEQ: GIT, ATGS, GIS and ATGT. It's meaningful for student and coach to improve team cohesion and sport performance.
