合球教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之研究:以高中組為例

Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion in Korfball Coaches Using Senior High as an Example

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討高中合球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之表現差異,以參加96年度全國中正杯合球錦標賽高中選手為研究對象,並以「合球教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力問卷量表」為研究工具進行調查,方法:依調查所蒐集之資料,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)及雪費法(Scheffe's method)等統計方法處理,結果:一、高中合球選手知覺教練領導行為得分高低依序為:訓練與教學行為、獎勵行為、民主行為、關懷行為、專制行為。性別於專制行為達顯著且男性高於女性。不同訓練年數上,訓練與教學行為達顯著差異。二、高中合球選手團隊凝聚力表現,依序為團隊適應、人際親和、團隊合作、人際吸引。性別及訓練年數在團隊凝聚力表現,均未達顯著差異。在訓練頻率以團隊適應、人際親和、團隊合作達顯著差異。三、各隊伍間在領導行為中顯示,關懷行為達顯著差異水準。團隊凝聚力顯示,團隊合作、人際親和、團隊適應及人際吸引也都有顯著差異,與名次對應後發現,成績越好所表現出團隊凝聚力會優於成績較差之隊伍。

In this study, we intended to characterize the consciousness of korfball player toward the leadership behavior and team cohesion of their respective coaches in senior high school of equivalent level. ”Scale of leadership behavior and team cohesion for korfball coaches in senior high” was employed for the survey. Sample included participating chung-cheng cup korfball competition in 96. who are currently enrolled in senior high student and vocational. After statistical analysis with descriptive statistics, ANONA and the Scheffe's method, the following results were obtained: 1. Leadership behaviors of the coaches that have been recognized by these high school korfball player include training and instructional, positive feedback, democratic behavior, support behavior, autocratic behavior. ”Gender” has significant effect in autocratic behavior. ”Training year” has significant effect in training and instructional. 2. Team cohesion have been recognized by these high school korfball player include The group adaptation, interpersonal affinity, team work, interpersonal attraction. ”Gender” and ”Training year” have not significant effect in Team cohesion. Frequency of training has significant effect in group adaptation, interpersonal affinity, team work. 3. Between Leadership behavior and team cohesion result of every team, ”support behavior” E team is higher than the others of B team has significant effect. In team cohesion, ”group adaptation”, ”interpersonal affinity”, ”team work”, correspond to the place, find, in order to demonstrate Team cohesion will be superior to the team with worse achievement the achievement is.
