手球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力關係研究

The Relationship between Team Coherence and Perceived Coaching Behavior by Handball Players

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同層級(大專、高中)與性別手球選手之間在知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力表現的差異情形;並進一步探究手球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之關係。研究對象為52位大專手球選手(男25、女27)與69位高中手球選手(男62、女7),共計取樣121人,有效回收率96.03%。研究工具為研究者修編之「手球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力調查」問卷。本研究採用問卷調查法,回收之有效樣本依研究目的進行描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析及多元逐步迴歸等統計法進行分析。研究結果發現:一、高中手球選手對教練的「民主行為」知覺顯著高於大專手球選手(P<.05)。二、男子手球選手對教練的「民主行為」知覺顯著高於女子手球選手(P<.05)。三、教練領導的「關懷行為」對於團隊凝聚力的「團隊適應」有顯著的正向影響關係。四、教練領導的「訓練與指導」與「關懷行為」均對於團隊凝聚力的「人際親合」有顯著的正向影響關係。五、教練領導的「訓練與指導」與「民主行為」均對於團隊凝聚力的「團隊合作」有顯著的正向影響關係。六、教練領導的「獎勵行為」與「訓練與指導」均對於團隊凝聚力的「人際吸引」有顯著的正向影響關係。

This study is aimed to explore the perceived coaching behavior and team coherence by handball players of different levels (college and high school) and genders. The relationship between perceived coaching behavior and team coherence will also be investigated. Participants were 52 college handball players (male 25, female 27) and 69 senior high handball players (male 62, female 7), with total number 121 and the recovery rate 96.03%. Adapted by this researcher, the questionnaire "The survey of perceived coaching behavior and team coherence by handball players" was used to collect the targeted data. The collected data were then analyzed statistically by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. Senior high handball players can perceive the coach's "democratic behavior" significantly higher college counterparts (P<.05). 2. Male handball players can perceive the coach's "democratic behavior" significantly higher female counterparts (P<.05). 3. The coach's "caring behavior" has a significantly positive effect on "team adjustment" in team coherence. 4. The coach's "training and directing" and "caring behavior" both have a significantly positive effect on "interpersonal congeniality" in team coherence. 5. The coach's "training and directing" and "democratic behavior" both have a significantly positive effect on "team cooperation" in team coherence. 6. The coach's "positive feedback" and "training and directing" both have a significantly positive effect on "interpersonal attraction" in team coherence.
