德明財經科技大學體育教師專業績效評估之研究

A Study of Performance Evaluations for Physical Education Teachers' Professions in Takming University of Science and Technology

摘要


本研究目的旨在建構德明財經科技大學體育教師為因應學校改名科技大學應具備之專業績效架構、指標。研究採用德爾菲法與層級分析法兩種研究方法,以自編之「德明財經科技大學體育教師專業績效層級分析問卷」,邀請本校在此議題上具實務經驗之6位學者專家與行政主管依照實際現況,界定教學、研究、服務、輔導等四項主要構面與17項指標項目,經14位體育教師填答後,尋求指標相對權重,建構體育教師精益求精之具體圖像。研究結果得知德明財經科技大學體育教師專業績效主要構面權重為:教學0.587、研究0.064、服務0.279、輔導0.071。研究結論建構為因應學校改名科技大學之體育教師專業績效評估架構,確立未來戮力以赴的重要參考與具體方向。

The main purposes of this study were to categorize a framework, indicators and concretely directions for professions of collegiate physical education (PB) teachers in order to accord with institute's requests as long as to promote Takming College to University of Science and technology We selected not only two methods Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process but investigated totally 6 experts developing ”The Analytic Hierarchy Process Questionnaire for Evaluating Performance of Physical Education Teachers' Professions in Takming University of Science and technology”. Moreover, the experts categorized PE teachers' professions into four aspects (teaching, research, administration, student counseling) and seventeen indicators in order to find out weigh of each indicator, and create framework of PB teachers' professions after questioning fourteen PB teachers. The four aspects weigh results of PB teachers were teaching 0.587, research 0.064, administration 0.279, student counseling 0.07 1. We concluded this empirical research from the performance evaluation framework and significant reference resources of PB teachers' professions in the future.
