全球化影響下臺灣棒球勞力輸出的現況與發展

摘要

「全球化」是一種社會過程，地理對社會和文化的束縛降低，人們也逐漸意識到這種束縛正在降低。從當代運動的世界，可看出全球化下時間及空間的壓縮、衛星科技的發展及國際大型運動組織的成立，並促使賽事可以傳送到世界各地，而職業運動賽事的整合也是一個持續發展的趨勢。「棒球勞力輸出」是指棒球運動中的運動員、教練、組織官員、行政人員以及運動科學家的輸出行為。臺灣棒球員運動勞力輸出的數量近年來開始不斷增加，國內媒體也關注到比現象，大量轉播及報導臺灣旅外球員的比賽，這也對於圈內棒球運動產生一定的影響。本研究透過文獻分析及半結構式訪談分析全球化影響下，臺灣棒球勞力輸出的現況及未來的發展。從經濟力量角度來看，臺灣居於世界棒球場域的「半邊陲」位置，同時，世界整合性的賽事成了強權國家的選才場域；而近十年來臺灣棒球勞力輸出大量的增加，且有職棒菁英、高中畢業及國中畢業三種輸出類型。臺灣最高棒球殿堂的中華職棒大聯盟也歷經了某種程度的接受和抵抗，未來訂定國中和高中球員輸出明確的規範及保護、擴大臺灣棒球市場是臺灣未來面對運動勞力輸出的重要課題。

Globalization is a social process. The limit of the geographical features to the culture and society are decreasing. People realize the limits are decreasing little by little. We can find the compress of time and space, the advance of satellite TV technology, and the establishment of international sports organization in the contemporary sports world. The integration of professional sports events is also the developing trend. 「Baseball labor donor」 means the donor behavior of athletes, coaches, organization officials, administrators, and sports scientists in the baseball field. The numbers of Taiwan baseball labor donor increase little by little in the recent years. Taiwan media pays close attention to the phenomenon. Taiwan media also broadcasts and reports the games of players who play abroad massively. It must affect the Taiwan baseball. This study is to realize the state of play and development of Taiwan baseball labor donor under the globalization effect by the method of literature review and semi-structured interview. From the economical perspective, Taiwan sites on the position r Semi-periphery in the world baseball field. At the same time, the integration of professional sports events becomes the field where the hegemony picks the talent.
The numbers of Taiwan baseball labor donor increase massively in this ten years. There are three donor types in Taiwan. The highest baseball palace of Taiwan-CPBL suffers the resistance and acceptance in the different degree. Contracting the rules and protections to the players who graduate from high school and junior high school and expanding the Taiwan baseball market are the important texts in the future.
