競技運動選手知覺教練領導行為之研究-以基隆市立中山高級中學為例

A Study of the Perception of Coach Leadership among Competitive Athletes-A Case Study of Keelung Municipal Jhong Shan Senior High School

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同背景變項之競技運動選手知覺教練領導行為之差異性。以基隆市立中山高級中學國、高中94名選手(男生69人、女生25人)為研究對象。並以「知覺教練領導行為量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查,所得問卷資料以因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析。所獲得結果如下:1.依現況分析知覺教練領導行為各構面,以訓練與指導行為之平均數最高,而專制行為之平均數最低。2.不同性別在整體教練領導行為未達顯著差異,惟女生在學習支持行為構面上達顯著差異。3.不同年級在整體教練領導行為未達顯著差異,惟民主行為構面上達顯著差異。4.不同訓練起迄在整體教練領導行為未達顯著差異,在訓練與指導行為構面、民主行為構面上達顯著差異。5.不同每週訓練時數整體教練領導行為未達顯著差異。過去在許多以探討教練領導行為的研究中發現,不同背景變項對於教練領導行為上會有其差異性。結論,本研究發現不同背景變項之競技運動選手知覺教練領導行為會有差異存在。有效的領導行為能提高選手的學習意願,本研究結果提供日後訓練選手之參考。

This study aimed at investigating the perception of coach leadership among competitive athletes under different background variables. The 94 participants were the competitive athletes of junior high and senior high students in Keelung Municipal Jhong Shan Senior High School (including 69 male athletes and 25 female athletes). This study employed the scaling of perceived coach leadership of competitive athletes as a tool to do a survey by collecting data from questionnaires. The study analyzed the data with factor analysis, independent-sample T-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results obtained are as follows: 1. According to the present situation analysis of various dimensions of perceived coach leadership, the highest mean score was on training and instructing behavior. 2. Different genders didn't show significant differences on the perception of the whole coach leadership, while female athletes showed significant differences on the dimension of supportive learning behavior. 3. Different grades didn’t show significant differences on the perception of the whole coach leadership, while they did on the dimension of the democratic behavior. 4. Different beginnings and endings of the training process didn't show significant differences on the perception of the whole coach leadership, while they did on the dimension of the training and instructing behavior and the democratic behavior. 5. Different weekly training hours didn't show significant differences on the perception of the whole coach leadership. According to the previous studies probing into coach leadership, different background variables were correlated with coach leadership. This study found that there were differences on the perception of coach leadership among competitive athletes under different background variables. Effective leadership, thus, can strengthen athletes' motivation to learn. The results of this study can be served as a reference to train athletes in the future.
