台南縣國民小學行政人員休閒運動參與及休閒滿意度之研究－以新豐區為例

Study on the Participation and Satisfaction in Leisure Activities of Tainan County' Elementary School Officers

摘要

本研究旨在探討台南縣新豐區國民小學行政人員休閒運動參與現況及休閒滿意度情形，以「台南縣新豐區國民小學行政人員休閒運動參與現況及休閒滿意度研究問卷」為研究工具，瞭解台南縣新豐區國民小學行政人員休閒運動參與現況及探討休閒滿意度是否因不同背景變項而有所差異。本研究是以台南縣新豐區國民小學行政人員為調查研究對象，共計發出問卷352份，經回收有效問卷327份，有效率達92.9%，透過問卷調查及統計，以描述性統計、t考驗、卡方考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後考驗等統計方法進行相關統計分析。本研究經統計分析後，結論如下：一、國小行政人員從事規律休閒運動者，男性佔42.2%，女性佔24.2%，比例偏低。二、國小行政人員最常從事的休閒運動項目依序是散步、羽球、慢跑、桌球、登山健行。三、不同性別、職務的國小行政人員在規律休閒運動參與上有顯著差異，男性顯著高於女性，校長顯著高於主任與組長。四、國小行政人員在休閒滿意度偏向正面、積極的滿意程度，其中以「放鬆」構面得分最高(M=4.31)，「教育」構面最低(M=3.86)。五、不同性別、年齡、職務的國小行政人員在休閒滿意度上有顯著差異，男性高於女性，41-50歲組在「生理」構面顯著高於31-40歲組，主任在「美感」構面顯著高於組長。基於上述研究發現，就本研究之結論提出對國小行政人員、學校、教育行政機關、及未來研究之建議，期望對國小行政人員之休閒運動參與有所助益。

The study aimed at investigating the participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of Tainan County' elementary school officers. And the researching implement ”Questionnaire of the participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of Tainan County' elementary school officers” was designed to find out whether the differences of participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of Tainan County' elementary school officers in different background.The study investigated on the officers in Tainan County's public elementary schools. 352 questionnaires were issued and 327, or 92.9% were valid. Through the investigation and statistics of questionnaires, the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, T-test, Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA analysis and Scheffe method.The study results are as follows:(1) Elementary school male officers who participated in regular leisure activities occupied 42.2% and female officers occupied 24.2%. And the participational proportion is not high.(2) The major leisure activities which the officers participated in were talking walks, playing badminton, jogging, playing table tennis and hiking.(3) There are obvious differences among the different gender and job position officers in joining in regular leisure activities.(4) The officers' satisfaction of leisure activities trends to positive degree. And the aspect of relaxation scored the highest (M=4.31) with the aspect of education the lowest (M=3.86).(5) The officers' satisfaction degree of leisure activities has obvious differences based on different gender and job positions. The male officers have higher satisfaction. Compared with the 31-40 aged officers, the 41-50 aged officers have obviously higher satisfaction in psychology aspect. And directors have higher satisfaction in estheticism aspect than chiefs. According to the results of this study, several suggestions for elementary school officers, schools, educational administration organizations and further studies were made. Hope the study will benefit the elementary school officers' participation of leisure activities.
