摘要

本文在探討有機膠水與無機膠水對桌球運動員的健康與技術影響之探討。本研究以文獻收集之方法，以國際乒乓聯盟(ITTF)於2008年9月1日禁止選手比賽使用有機膠水球拍，而改用無機膠水球拍，其目的是在保護運動員健康的角度出發，通過了禁止使用揮發性有機溶劑之膠水。筆者收集各方學者、專家之研究與球員、教練比賽之認知所得之結論如下；一、有機膠水含有甲苯、二甲苯、三氯乙烯等有毒成分，其危害輕者造成輕微嗜睡與頭痛，重者會造成肝臟和腎臟受損與衰竭、抑制中樞神經系統導致無意識或致死，嚴重危害之運動員健康。二、嚴格執行檢測；賽前任何選手需通過國際乒乓聯盟技術官員的儀器檢測外，還要通過肉眼觀察，雙管齊下，才能有效杜絕有機溶劑膠水的毒害。三、無機膠水使得球拍的彈性下降了40%，擊球力量平均削弱8%，其球速變慢，節奏也變慢，旋轉被削弱，比賽變慢了，對技術的要求也下降了，需在身體素質方面加強。四、使用無機膠水對選手影響很大，其應加強選擇有利於自己打法之球拍與膠皮，加強球員之速度、旋轉和力量，並在技巧和靈活作變化，才能於國際世界大賽中技冠群雄。

This research is aimed for the influences between organic glue, inorganic glue and table tennis player's health and skill. The research is based on references collection and based on regulation given out by ITTF on September 1st 2008, which is to ban players from using organic glue paddle during the match and use inorganic glue paddle instead; the purpose is to protect the player's health.The author collected information from various fields including professional research, and knowledge of the coaches and players and concluded as follows:1. The organic glue contains volatile compounds such as toluene, dimethylbenzene, trichloroethylene, which will cause minor symptoms of slight hypersomnia and headache. Major symptoms may happen such as damage and failure of liver and kidney, central nervous system depressant which leads to unconsciousness or death. Thus, causing serious health risk of the players.2. Undergo a strict testing: all players must go under a strict testing done by ITTF instruments and human eye examine before the match. Only by providing both testing at the same time, will we be able to effectively avoid the harm of organic glue.3. Inorganic glue cause the paddle to decrease the elasticity of 40%, impact of hitting is less 8%. With the decrease of speed and spin, the rhythm is slower and the game becomes slower. With the drop of skills, we need to build up body physiques.4. The influence of using inorganic glue is huge. Therefore, choosing the best paddle, rubber and hitting style are essential. Only by increasing the player's speed, spin and strength and a diverse skill will we be able to shine in an international game.
