服務學習教學法對大學生專業課程學習效果之影響

A Study of Effective in Service-Learning Pedagogy for Professional Courses

摘要


學校正戮力提昇教學品質,而服務學習是一種有效的教育學方法(pedagogy),它包括學術性學習,並透過要求某種結構性反思的作業連結到社區服務,學生一方面運用課堂知識到現實社會生活上,一方面也利用現實社會經驗賦予課堂知識生命活力。本研究旨在瞭解真理大學學生實際參與服務學習教學法後對專業課程學習效果之影響,採用問卷調查法,以真理大學(淡水校區)100學年度經服務教育課程指導委員會審核通過開設服務學習課程成效優良的五個學系之學生為研究對象,包括運動管理學系、數位觀光知識學系、宗教文化與組織學系、資訊管理學系、財務金融學系,每系隨機抽取65位學生為樣本總計回收325份,扣除無效問卷7份,總計有效問卷為318份,根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、因素分析、相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示:一、學生實際參與專業課程服務學習後,發現在課業上會更主動積極的學習,提升課業學習效果,並滿意自己所學到的專業知識與技能。二、專業課程服務學習的施行時機是越早越容易進行,以一、二年級為佳,學生透過服務學習可提早確認個人未來的發展、瞭解並應用所學的專業知識及技能。三、在服務學習過程的「反思階段」最容易獲得「自我肯定」的效果及在「慶賀階段」獲得「課程學習效果」的相關程度最高。四、有三次以上服務學習經驗的學生在專業課程學習效果上表現最好。

We are do ours best to improve the quality of teaching, Service-Learning pedagogy is an effective method of teaching. It includes both academic learning, and connect to community service through reflect actions, students on the one hand to apply professional knowledge to the reality of social life, on the other hand, use the reality experience to activity professional knowledge. The purposes of this study is to study the effect of Service-Learning pedagogy in professional courses of the Aletheia University, the sample was survey from Aletheia University (Tamsui) by Service education programs of the Steering Committee for approval and excellent performance five departments in 2011, including Department of Sport Management, Department of Tourism Information, Department of Religious Culture and Organization Management, Department of Information Management, Department of Finance and Banking, total of valid questionnaires was 318, According to the data collected from the survey, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, t-test, factor analysis and correlation analysis of SPSS was used to accomplish data analysis.The results showed that:First, students are actually involved in Service-Learning will be more active learning, and more satisfied with the professional knowledge and skills.Second, perform Service-Learning of schedule is the sooner the more easily to do of the first and second grade, students through service learning early to confirm the future development, understand and apply their professional knowledge and skills.Third, the process of Service-Learning in ”reflection period” is the most effect to ”self-affirmation” and in ”celebration period” is very good correlation with ”the course learning outcome”Fourth, the best performance is more than three times experience.
